This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an AI Engineer in the United States. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI applications that transform user experiences and solve real-world problems in the PropTech space. You will work with state-of-the-art foundation models, agentic workflows, and generative AI technologies, collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams. The position involves taking AI concepts from ideation to production, building scalable pipelines, and integrating systems for multi-modal and multi-agent AI applications. You will focus on optimizing AI models, enhancing performance, and ensuring reliability, safety, and compliance. The role balances hands-on technical work with collaboration, documentation, and mentorship, offering the chance to shape next-generation AI solutions and impact enterprise-scale operations. Occasional travel to the corporate HQ will be required. \n Accountabilities Design, build, and scale AI applications, including conversational agents, summarization tools, and generative analytics. Implement agentic workflows with multi-step reasoning and multi-agent orchestration using frameworks like LangChain or OpenAI Agents SDK. Architect and maintain RAG pipelines, vector databases, and knowledge integration systems. Optimize prompts, system instructions, and guardrails to improve AI performance and minimize unsafe outputs. Develop front-end and back-end services to integrate AI capabilities with internal systems and data sources. Establish evaluation, monitoring, and optimization frameworks to ensure reliability, latency, and cost efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally, document solutions, and contribute to shared libraries and best practices. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering and/or Data Science, with 2+ years focused on Generative AI/LLMs. Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and experience building production-grade software with CI/CD workflows. Hands-on experience with agentic/orchestration frameworks, LLM APIs or open-source models, and RAG/vector database architectures. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Docker, and Kubernetes or managed container services. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams. Ability to travel occasionally to corporate HQ. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with voice-enabled AI agents, multimodal models, AI experimentation frameworks, and MLOps workflows. Background in AI security, privacy, and compliance (PII, SOC2, GDPR). Familiarity with A/B testing, feature stores, or browser automation tools.
