In this role, you will work closely with strategic enterprise clients to help them adopt, scale, and realize value from AI-driven platforms. You will bridge the gap between customer success and product management, embedding yourself in client workflows to guide adoption, drive measurable outcomes, and ensure long-term satisfaction. This position requires hands-on engagement, strong technical judgment, and the ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable business solutions. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and customer teams to identify bottlenecks, shape implementation approaches, and provide insights that inform both client strategy and product development.
