We are currently looking for an Account Manager in Florida In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer success and revenue growth by managing, renewing, and expanding a portfolio of existing accounts. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide guidance on solutions, and ensure a seamless experience that maximizes value. The position offers the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with services and internal teams while building long-term relationships with multiple stakeholders. You will contribute to strategic account planning, sales forecasting, and the execution of renewal and upsell strategies.
