In this role, you will be integral in supporting local business operations by managing customer relationships and enhancing the customer experience. Your efforts will involve collaboration with various teams to ensure timely product delivery and effective issue resolution. You will play a key part in building rapport with clients, which is essential for the success of our partner's services. By effectively managing accounts, you will contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and loyalty. \n Accountabilities Manage assigned customers and ensure timely product delivery and accurate communication. Collaborate with sales teams and transportation partners to drive customer satisfaction. Utilize CRM tools for account management and maintain accurate customer data. Build and sustain strong relationships with customers through regular interactions. Handle challenging conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues. Escalate issues appropriately as needed. Requirements High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of outside foodservice account management or B2B sales experience. 5+ years of experience in foodservice account management preferred. Valid driver’s license meeting insurability standards. Knowledge of foodservice products, ordering procedures, and credit terms. Proficient in customer service management and cross-functional collaboration. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to thrive in fast-paced and changing environments.
