In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring customer success by renewing and up-selling existing accounts. You will thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment, leveraging your experience to build strong relationships and contribute to customer retention. Your proven ability to exceed targets will not only enhance our partner's offerings but will also help customers maximize their engagement with our solutions. \n Accountabilities Perform outbound renewal activities including discovering new stakeholders and qualifications for existing customers. Utilize Salesforce to forecast and track renewals activities. Maintain contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify cross-sell opportunities. Educate customers on new services and products using internal resources. Build relationships and communicate effectively with the services team. Develop a quarterly business plan and renewals strategy for assigned accounts. Conduct regular reviews with the Renewals Manager to evaluate forecasts and performance. Requirements 5+ years in account management within SaaS or software and consulting markets. Ability to mentor junior account managers and guide on complex client issues. Proven track record of delivering against sales or quota targets. Ability to influence others to achieve results. Experience in managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders. Background in growing an existing account base. Strong problem-solving and excellent communication skills. Results-driven mentality with a focus on detail and time management.
