In this role, you will play a critical part in driving growth and improving market share for custom packaging solutions. Your expertise in the packaging industry, particularly in custom thermoforming, will be essential in developing new business opportunities and enhancing existing customer relationships. You will collaborate with various teams to manage customer projects while ensuring satisfaction and profitability. The flexibility of the remote work environment allows you to thrive in your territory, utilizing your skills to maximize impact. \n Accountabilities Actively seek new business opportunities for profitable growth. Identify potential opportunities from marketing leads and cold calls. Conduct market analysis within the assigned territory. Rigorously prospect and follow leads to secure new business. Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations. Develop key relationships with existing customers and prospects. Collaborate across internal functions to ensure customer satisfaction. Manage administrative aspects, including quoting and forecasting. Maintain an updated and accurate sales funnel through CRM. Manage territory travel to optimize customer interaction. Requirements Minimum of 10 years in the packaging industry, especially in thermoforming. Solid understanding of key drivers in the packaging environment. Demonstrated ability to develop product and price positioning strategies. Proven track record of securing new customers and expanding share. Experience developing corporate-level relationships. Strong analytical skills for addressing profit levers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
