In this role, you will have a significant impact on the healthcare landscape by representing advanced Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) solutions to laboratories across the Central US. Your ability to cultivate relationships and drive revenue growth will not only enhance operational efficiencies but also improve patient care by enabling quicker access to precise treatments. This role is perfectly designed for someone who is driven and passionate about making a difference in the medical field while working remotely. \n Accountabilities Responsible for representing the NGS solution to prospective laboratories within a defined geographic territory. Qualify and engage laboratories adapting or planning to adapt NGS testing. Articulate the benefits of proprietary technology to improve cancer treatment and laboratory efficiency. Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets. Cultivate customer relationships into a referral base through professionalism and customer service. Represent the company in a professional manner at medical association meetings. Maintain accurate customer data within CRM. Provide accurate forecasting data and deliver regular business reviews. Requirements Bachelor or master’s degree in business or life sciences. 7+ years of success in complex selling in the healthcare market. 5+ years of success in Molecular Diagnostics (MDx) sales, with NGS preferred. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal communication and contract negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and adaptable environment. Benefits Base salary between $125,000 - $145,000 based on skills and experience.
