This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Account Executive II in the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with new and existing clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, identifying client needs and providing solutions that deliver measurable value. The role involves end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle, including prospecting, account planning, negotiation, and contract management. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment, strengthen client relationships, and maximize opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell. This position offers a fast-paced, target-driven environment where your performance directly impacts organizational growth and client success. Exceptional communication, relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach are essential to thrive in this role. \n Accountabilities: Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients. Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing. Drive revenue growth through renewals, up-selling, cross-selling, and win-back strategies. Coordinate account planning and collaborate with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment. Maintain accurate client and pipeline data in CRM systems to support forecasting and planning. Conduct business reviews and leverage client insights to enhance retention and satisfaction. Act independently, using sound judgment to evaluate complex situations and take appropriate action. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise-level SaaS, consulting, or services sales. Proven track record of managing multiple senior stakeholders and closing complex deals. Experience managing client relationships across 25+ accounts and achieving or exceeding quotas. Strong business acumen, with the ability to assess client environments and prioritize opportunities. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and modern sales methodologies. Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time for client meetings.
