Our client, headquartered in Oak Park, Michigan, is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Customer Specialist/Marketing Coordinator. Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with a professional, customer-first approach • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and effective solutions • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business • Identify sales opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals • Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment • Maintain and update customer accounts, documenting all interactions and transactions in the CRM system • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary • Prepare routine sales and customer service reports to support continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications • Prior experience in inside sales and/or customer service preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to manage challenging interactions professionally • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences
