We’re looking for someone who thrives on collaborating with peers, building out tools, and designing processes other departments can leverage. The ideal candidate is part operator, part technical builder: they understand workflows and industry regulations, but are equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to analyze databases, prototype solutions, and automate processes. Your role: ● Analyze current operations to identify inefficiencies, assess risk factors, and develop actionable strategies for process improvement. ● Collaborate with subject matter experts across the organization to design and implement strategies that enhance workflows, increase productivity, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. ● Coordinate cross-departmental projects to ensure milestones and goals are achieved within established timelines and in adherence to regulations. ● Develop high-level operational improvement plans, integrating risk management and compliance measures, and support departments in refining processes to align with these changes. ● Emphasize strategic planning, metrics generation, operational analysis, and risk management to promote efficiency, scalability, and regulatory adherence. Education and/or Experience: ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance,Accounting, Economics or related field. ● 2+ years of experience in operational analysis, strategy development, or similar roles in financial services, fintech, or broker-dealer firms. ● Experience in identifying risks, recommending mitigation measures, and driving process improvements. Required Skills/Abilities: ● Ability to communicate and assist in coordinating the implementation of strategic initiatives while addressing risk factors and regulatory requirements. ● Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. ● Strong skills in strategy development, strategic analysis, and solution-oriented decision-making. ● Foundational understanding of risk mitigation and compliance principles. ● Basic proficiency in project coordination, with the ability to prioritize and facilitate multi-departmental efforts to achieve operational goals.
