Together, we provide talent acquisition services to fit the unique hiring challenges of our clients. Whether they need help building recruiting processes, attracting top talent, or payrolling contractors, we can help.  Job DescriptionThis role is a 12 month, remote contract that has the possibility to turn into full time.               In this role you can expect to:Analyze and interpret people data to provide insights that drive HR strategy and decision-making.Collaborate with HR teams and business leaders to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights.Use data visualization tools to create reports that communicate key insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track workforce trends and performance indicators in One ModelQualifications 3+ years of experience in People Ops AnalyticsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Proficency in tools such as: Tableau or One ModelAttention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Other: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
