Job Duck is hiring a virtual V108 - Case Support Specialist Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, in most cases a law firm. Job Description: Summary If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your communication and organizational skills make a real difference, this role is for you. You’ll be the bridge between clients, attorneys, and medical providers—ensuring every detail is tracked, every concern is addressed, and every case moves forward smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being proactive, values accuracy, and finds purpose in helping others through complex legal and medical processes. Your work will directly impact the quality of client care and case outcomes.
