Job Description: This position offers an exciting opportunity to join Job Duck as a Billing Assistant supporting a growing packaging solutions company. In this role, the candidate will work with high volumes of data while preparing sales orders, updating spreadsheets, and managing invoices with precision and consistency. The ideal professional enjoys working with numbers, communicates clearly, and thrives in a structured environment where accuracy and organization are essential. This role also includes customer interaction and collaboration with internal teams, making it a great fit for someone who is personable, proactive, and committed to delivering excellent service. • Salary Range: 1,015 USD to 1,100 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Prepare sales orders, including item numbers and invoice updates • Provide accurate and timely reporting • Perform data-driven tasks with strong attention to detail • Handle inbound and outbound calls as needed • Enter and manage data in QuickBooks and Excel • Assist with general administrative duties as the role grows • Maintain organized digital records Requirements: • Organized • Detail-oriented • Strong time management • Customer-service focused • Analytical • Good with numbers • Proficient in QuickBooks • Proficient in Excelsoftware: QuickBooks, Excel, Internal spreadsheets, CRM, VOIP • Call volume: 1–5 calls per day) • Experience with QuickBooks and Excel required • Work hours: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM PST Work Shift: Languages: English, Spanish Ready to dive in?
