Job Duck is hiring a virtual V106 - Marketing & Engagement Coordinator Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, in most cases a law firm. Job Description: Summary Are you passionate about creating content that connects and inspires? This role is perfect for someone who enjoys crafting engaging social media strategies, designing visuals, and helping a brand grow its online presence. You’ll play a key role in shaping how the firm communicates with its audience, driving engagement and generating leads through creative marketing efforts. If you love bringing fresh ideas to the table and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this opportunity is for you. • Monthly Compensation: $1,245 to $1,350 US Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn • Create and post engaging content, including graphics, blogs, and videos • Assist in designing quarterly marketing plans and campaign strategies • Track lead sources and analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness • Support SEO efforts and blog optimization (a plus) • Improve marketing workflows and suggest integrations to streamline processes • Help define audience objections and positioning to support business growth • Collaborate on strategies that connect with the audience and push the firm forward Key Skills: • Social media content creation and scheduling • Graphic design for digital platforms • Blog writing and editing • Video editing for social media • Lead tracking and data analysis • Marketing strategy development • Workflow optimization and integration tools • Creative thinker who enjoys solving problems • Fast learner with a proactive mindset • Collaborative and open to feedback • Passionate about helping businesses grow • Comfortable bringing new ideas and strategies to the table Requirements: • 1-2 years of experience in social media coordination or content creation • Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn marketing • Strong writing and visual communication skills • Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly • SEO knowledge is a plus Softwares: • Social media scheduling tools • Graphic design tools • Video editing software • CRM or lead tracking tools Work days: Monday - Friday Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America) Languages: English, Spanish We believe that Every Great Person Deserves a Great Job.
