Job Duck is hiring a virtual V106- Content Marketing Coordinator Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, in most cases a law firm. Job Description: Summary If you love crafting clear, engaging content and want to make a real impact in the legal space, this role is for you. As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll help shape how legal services are presented online—writing blogs, updating websites, and tailoring messaging to connect with clients. You’ll collaborate with marketing and sales teams to bring ideas to life and ensure every piece of content reflects the brand’s voice and values. This position is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, creative, and excited to work independently while staying aligned with team goals. Your work will help drive visibility and trust in services like Estate Planning, Probate, and Fiduciary Litigation. Monthly Compensation: $1,245 USD to $1,350 USD. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Create website content and legal blogs, and publish them across platforms • Tailor marketing and service copy for Estate Planning, Probate, and Fiduciary Litigation • Develop content that aligns with keyword data and user search intent • Write website copy, landing pages, EDMs, social media posts, SEM content, newsletters, and blogs • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align content with brand goals • Use GenAI tools to streamline content creation • Perform quality checks to ensure error-free deliverables • Generate ideas for new content themes and approaches • Ensure timely delivery of all assigned work • Expand and refine the content plan as familiarity with the brand grows • Update WordPress websites and landing pages Key Skills, Traits and Values: • Excellent English writing skills (US English) • Strong attention to detail • Creative and strategic thinking • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Experience in legal copywriting (Estate Planning and Tax Law preferred) • Focus on marketing and service-oriented content • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Proficiency with GenAI tools Requirements: • 1 year of proven experience in content creation for websites, social media, SEM, newsletters, and blogs • Familiarity with legal marketing content • Excellent verbal and written communication skils • Experience with WordPress and GenAI tools • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards Software: • Calendar: Outlook Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST Timezone: Eastern Standard Time (EST), US.
