As a Legal Planning Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in guiding clients through estate planning, ensuring every document reflects their wishes with clarity and accuracy. You’ll collaborate closely with legal and drafting teams, manage client communications, and contribute to high-quality legal work that truly matters. If you take pride in producing flawless documents and understand the importance of every word, this opportunity is for you. • Monthly Compensation: $1,150 to $1,220 US Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Following up with clients to gather feedback and updates • Producing confirmation documents and asset inventories • Reviewing legal drafts for accuracy and completeness • Coordinating with the drafting team to finalize documents • Sending finalized documents to print • Drafting revocable trusts and advanced estate planning documents using dedicated software • Assisting with tax planning strategies • Drafting legal documents related to estate planning and business formation • Supporting partnership-level agreements and US business formation processes Key Skills: • Exceptional attention to detail • Strong commitment to quality and accuracy • Highly organized and reliable • Honest and professional communication • Ability to understand legal nuances and terminology • Financial or estate planning background preferred Requirements • Minimum 3 years of experience in estate planning preferred • Proven experience in legal document drafting is essential • Probate-only experience is not sufficient • Familiarity with US business formation and partnership agreements • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Softwares • Estate planning and legal drafting software (training provided if needed) Working Schedule: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Timezone: PST Work Shift: Languages: English, Spanish We believe that Every Great Person Deserves a Great Job.
