Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Legal Operations Assistant to support a professional who is transitioning to a more strategic role by reducing operational tasks and case management. This position involves managing administrative and client-facing responsibilities, as well as assisting with projects outside of legal work, such as real estate. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling diverse tasks. Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00AM to 05:00PM EST Monthly Compensation Range: 1,150 to 1,220 USD Average Number of Calls: 6-12 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assign tasks to case managers and track progress. Transcribe meeting notes and distribute summaries as needed. Serve as a point of contact for clients, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring efficient time management. Support occasionally additional projects outside of legal work, including real estate and other business initiatives. Prepare and send engagement letters and other legal documents to clients. Input and update client and case information in internal systems accurately. Collect and organize client data for case preparation and ongoing matters. Organize, prioritize, and respond to emails on behalf of the executive. Requirements: Ability to manage and analyze data using spreadsheets. Familiarity with legal terminology and processes is preferred. At least 2 years of Legal Experience Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Anticipates needs and takes initiative to solve problems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable with tasks beyond legal work, including real estate and other ventures.
