Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our legal team in delivering exceptional client service. This role involves managing client communications, coordinating schedules, and ensuring timely follow-up on critical tasks. You will also assist with drafting and filing legal documents, uploading and preparing orders, and liaising with other attorneys’ offices to maintain smooth case progress. Schedule: Monday to Friday 9AM - 5PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) Monthly Compensation: 1,150 to 1,220 USD Average # of calls expected: 16 to 30 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Schedule appointments and follow up on pending matters. Upload and draft orders in compliance with legal standards. Draft and manage client communications with professionalism and clarity. Communicate effectively with other attorneys’ offices to coordinate case activities. Prepare and file motions accurately and on time. Requirements: Education: Law degree preferred or at least 3 years of Legal background. Core Attributes: Integrity, dedication, and client-focused mindset. Skills: Legal knowledge, attention to detail, strong follow-through, critical thinking, systematic approach, and common sense. Work Style: Independent, proactive, tech-savvy, and excellent time management. Ability to work diligently under deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
