Job Duck is hiring a virtual V104- Legal Intake and Sales Coordinator Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, in most cases a law firm. Job Description: Summary Are you a confident communicator who thrives on turning conversations into commitments? This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, building trust quickly, and guiding potential clients toward life-changing legal support. You’ll handle high-volume calls and inquiries, prequalify leads, and close retainers—all while offering a warm, empathetic presence. If you’re driven by performance, love structured follow-ups, and know how to ask for the business, this is your chance to make a real impact. Monthly Compensation: $1,150 USD to $1,220 USD. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Handle daily calls (inbound and outbound), plus web and email inquiries • Conduct intake conversations and close retainers without attorney consults when possible • Execute a structured 7-touch follow-up cadence (calls, texts, emails) • Prequalify leads based on firm criteria across multiple practice areas • Log all interactions, consults, outcomes, and payments in Clio Grow and Clio Manage • Draft and send professional follow-up and nurturing emails • Prepare weekly intake/sales reports using Clio and Google Sheets • Participate in intensive sales training and ongoing coaching Key Skills, Traits and Values: • Customer-focused with excellent phone etiquette • Strong written and verbal communication • Empathetic, sociable, and trustworthy • Detail-oriented with strong planning and time management • Confident and assertive in handling objections and closing sales • Reliable and motivated by performance metrics and growth Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in a law firm or high-ticket service role • Comfortable securing payment and engagement on the first call • Stable work history (at least 1 year in last role) • Strong objection handling (cost, timing, hesitation, etc.) • Tech-savvy with CRM and spreadsheet experience • Excellent English communication skills Softwares: • CRM: Clio Grow and Clio Manage • Reporting: Google Sheets Work Schedule: To be confirmed.
