In this Legal Intake and Communications Associate role, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal support, guiding them with empathy and clarity. You’ll play a key role in connecting potential clients to the right legal professionals, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed. If you’re intuitive, proactive, and love making people feel heard, this opportunity is for you. • Monthly Compensation: 1150 USD to 1220 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: •Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate paralegal •Qualify potential clients and gather detailed information using a provided script •Follow up with leads and clients to maintain engagement •Manage and update client records in CRMs (Lawmatics and Clio) •Communicate with leads via chat system •Refer leads to relevant law firms when necessary •Schedule strategy meetings for attorneys •Process client payments Key Skills: •Strong communication and listening skills •Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure •Detail-oriented and organized in managing client data •Comfortable with multitasking and using multiple systems •Driven by purpose and committed to client care Requirements: • 2-3 years of professional experience in an Intake Coordinator role. •Previous experience in client intake, customer service, or legal support preferred •Familiarity with virtual assistant (VA) structures is a plus •Ability to work independently and as part of a team •Excellent time management and follow-through •Your own PC or laptop, a headset, and a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) •A quiet, private workspace suitable for remote work Software •CRM: Lawmatics, Clio • VOIP: Dialpad • Other: Google Workspace Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 10 AM to 7 PM Timezone: EST (US) Work Shift: Languages: English, Spanish We believe that Every Great Person Deserves a Great Job.
