Job Duck is hiring a virtual V104 - Intake Operations Assistant Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, in most cases a law firm. Job Description: Summary If you're someone who thrives on meaningful conversations and enjoys helping others feel heard and supported, this role is for you. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through the intake process with care and precision. Your work will directly support attorneys by ensuring every file starts with accurate, complete information. This position is ideal for someone who listens deeply, communicates clearly, and enjoys working independently in a fast-paced legal environment.
