Job Duck is hiring a virtual V104 - Intake & Client Care Associate Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, in most cases a law firm. Job Description: Summary: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and empathetic Intake & Client Care Associate to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. This role is crucial in creating a positive client experience and ensuring accurate intake processes that support successful case outcomes. You are self-motivated, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in accuracy, follow-through, and delivering exceptional client service. You are empathetic, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple priorities remotely. Monthly Compensation: $1,150 to $1,220 USD → Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Client Communication • Make calls per day to prospective and existing clients • Follow up with clients who have not yet connected with the firm • Send texts, emails, and leave voicemails to maintain consistent communication Case Intake & Review • Conduct initial screenings and gather essential case details with empathy and professionalism • Review project notes to determine case needs and next steps • Enter client information accurately into the firm’s case management system Administrative Support • Prepare intake summaries for attorney review • Maintain organized digital records and ensure compliance with confidentiality standards → Key Skills: • Detail Orientation: Ability to manage complex case details and maintain accurate records • Empathy: Deliver compassionate communication to clients during stressful times • Medical Terminology: Familiarity with medical terms and injury-related documentation • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) required • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and virtual tools • Persistence: Ability to follow up consistently and manage high call volumes daily → Requirements: • High school diploma required; associate’s degree or paralegal certification preferred • 1–2 years of experience supporting legal, medical, or customer service intake roles • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required for client communication → Software: • CRM: FileVine • VOIP: RingCentral • Internal Communication: Teams • Email: Outlook • Calendar: Outlook • Other: Zoom, Hona, Adobe → Location & Timezone: • EST – Massachusetts Work Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America) Languages: English, Spanish We believe that Every Great Person Deserves a Great Job.
