Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Intake & Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for our clients from their first point of contact through the intake process. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and excels in communication and time management. Monthly pay: 1,150 to 1,220 USD Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00AM - 05:00PM EST Key Responsibilities: Manage and organize incoming emails, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages from clients with professionalism and care Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information about services Schedule appointments, consultations, and manage calendars efficiently Add new leads to the tracking system and maintain accurate records Follow up with leads to ensure timely progression through the intake process Schedule and coordinate paid consultations File documents accurately and ensure they are saved in the correct locations Send reminders for tasks and deadlines to relevant team members Assist in organizing case files and maintaining up-to-date client records Qualifications: At least 2 years of proven experience in Customer service and Systems administration or Executive Assistant duties Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency with email platforms, scheduling tools, and CRM systems Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Calendly, or similar platforms Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America) Languages: English We believe that Every Great Person Deserves a Great Job.
