Job Duck is hiring a virtual V104 - Administrative and Client Support Specialist Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, in most cases a law firm. Job Description: Summary We are looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to support daily operations and client interactions. In this role, you will manage calls, draft professional emails and letters, and handle administrative tasks that keep operations running smoothly. You’ll support clients with empathy and clear communication, ensuring their needs are met while maintaining a seamless workflow. This role is ideal for someone with a sales mindset who enjoys solving problems, adapting to new situations, and contributing to a positive client experience every day. Your efforts will directly help the team stay organized, responsive, and successful. Monthly Compensation: 1,150 to 1,220 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to · Answering inbound calls from courts, PNCs, and clients · Drafting and sending professional emails and letters · Managing client follow-ups and ensuring timely responses · Maintaining and organizing calendars and schedules · Opening and closing deals and updating status in ClioGrow · Supporting team members with administrative tasks · Maximizing ClioGrow functionality for client management Key Skills · Strong customer service orientation with empathy and compassion · Sales experience or a results-driven mindset · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Ability to adapt quickly in a new environment · Comfortable understanding diverse English accents, including gang and southern accents · Detail-oriented and organized Requirements · Experience in administrative support or virtual assistance · Familiarity with client portals and professional correspondence · Ability to handle 16 to 30 calls per day · Strong multitasking and follow-up skills Software · ClioGrow or similar client management systems · Email and calendar tools · Internal communication platforms Timezone EST Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America) Languages: English, Spanish We believe that Every Great Person Deserves a Great Job.
