Job Duck is hiring a virtual V102 - Revenue Operations Assistant Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, in most cases a law firm. Job Description: Summary As a Revenue Operations Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in keeping processes smooth across marketing, intake, sales, and business development. Your attention to detail will ensure data stays accurate and client records are always reliable. Each day you’ll provide essential support that frees up managers and specialists to focus on driving revenue and serving clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys organization, and finds satisfaction in being the dependable link that keeps everything running seamlessly. Monthly Compensation: 1,015 to 1,100 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to • Support Inside Sales by preparing and sending Legal Service Agreements • Schedule attorney strategy sessions on behalf of the Inside Sales team • Process intake form submissions and ensure records are accurate and complete • Send decline communications to potential clients following approved templates • Enter referral partner details and activity into HubSpot • Track referral outcomes and assist with follow-up logistics • Set up new client matters in Clio and confirm consistency with HubSpot records • Maintain data integrity in HubSpot through audits, updates, and compliance checks • Provide backup receptionist support by answering calls when needed • Greet callers, assess needs, and follow firm-approved scripts and triage procedures • Route calls, create intake tasks, or take accurate messages in line with protocols • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with Washington State Bar standards Key Skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Detail-oriented with consistent accuracy in client records and CRM systems • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Professional, calm phone presence in high-emotion client interactions • Collaborative team player who works well across departments • Adaptable and flexible when shifting between administrative and receptionist duties • Accountable with strong follow-through on assigned tasks Requirements • 2+ years of administrative support experience in professional services or sales/marketing • Proficiency in Google Workspace including Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Drive • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities effectively • Strong interpersonal and client service skills • Experience in legal services, law firms, or other regulated professional settings • Familiarity with HubSpot and Clio • Prior receptionist or client-facing phone support experience Software • HubSpot • Clio • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive) Working Schedule • Monday to Friday, full-time remote Work Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM [PST][PDT] (United States of America) Languages: English We believe that Every Great Person Deserves a Great Job.
