Job Description: Summary Are you someone who thrives on helping others feel heard and supported? In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them with warmth and professionalism. You’ll handle calls, assist with payments, and ensure every inquiry reaches the right department. If you enjoy connecting with people, solving problems with empathy, and making each interaction count, this position is for you. • Monthly Compensation: $1,015 USD to $1,100 USD. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to • Answer incoming calls with courtesy and professionalism • Redirect calls to appropriate departments or team members • Collect and verify client information during calls • Contact clients with outstanding balances and process payments • Maintain accurate call and payment records Key Skills, Traits and Values • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Empathetic and confident approach to client interactions • Committed to excellent customer service and ethical standards • Detail-oriented and proactive in resolving issues • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Requirements • 1 year experience in client-facing roles or administrative support • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish • Available to start immediately • Comfortable handling 16–30 calls per day Softwares • Familiarity with call management and payment processing tools (specific platforms can be added upon request) Working Schedule: -Monday to Friday 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. → 6 hours per day (30 hours total). (starts while the first employee is still there, but stays until closing) -Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. → 10 hours. (covers the whole Saturday until almost closing, and Sunday is the day off) Timezone: Mountain Standard Time (MST), US.
