Job Duck is hiring a virtual V101 - Property Support & Leasing Assistant Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, in most cases a law firm. Job Description: Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, responsive, and proactive Property Support & Leasing Assistant to support our property management and leasing operations remotely. This role is ideal for someone comfortable managing a variety of administrative and client-facing tasks virtually. Join a growing team dedicated to streamlining property leasing, client communication, and operational efficiency while working in a fully digital environment. Monthly Compensation: $1,060 to $1,150 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally. • Provide clear, friendly, and informative communication to tenants, property owners, and prospective renters. • Manage and respond to voicemails and follow up on inquiries efficiently. • Enter rental leads from third-party platforms into company systems. • Prequalify leads based on established criteria and schedule showings for qualified prospects. • Follow up on showings to collect feedback and address questions. • Maintain lead tracking and showing feedback records in Google Sheets and LeadSimple. • Coordinate property walkthroughs with on-site team members. • Confirm completion of walkthroughs and upload reports into RentVine. • Notify property owners when new reports are ready for review. • Assist management with documentation, process improvements, and system updates. • Support workflow efficiencies and administrative projects as company grows. • Collaborate with team members through video meetings, email, and chat platforms. Key Skills, Traits, and Values: • Respond to all emails, calls, and messages within 24 hours. • Maintain complete and accurate digital records across systems. • Communicate proactively with teammates to ensure timely task completion. • Exhibit professionalism and reliability in a fully remote environment. Requirements: • Previous experience in property management, leasing, or administrative support preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong time-management and organizational abilities. • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities. • Tech-savvy with a quick aptitude for learning new software platforms. • Dependable, positive, and adaptable attitude.
