Job Duck is hiring a virtual V101 - Executive Assistant | Sales Training Specialist Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, in most cases a law firm. Job Description: Summary We are seeking a confident and proactive Sales Trainer to lead and elevate the sales team. In this role, you will create engaging presentations and coaching materials to help staff succeed in selling law firm services. You will guide the team on best practices, provide constructive feedback, and ensure their daily efforts align with client goals. This position is perfect for someone tech-savvy, experienced in sales training, and motivated by helping others grow. Monthly Compensation 1,060 to 1,150 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to Develop and deliver sales training materials and presentations Coach sales teams on techniques for selling law firm services to clients Provide ongoing guidance and feedback to improve performance Monitor team progress and identify areas for improvement Collaborate with management to align training with company objectives Maintain clear documentation of training content and sessions Strong leadership and managerial skills Highly proactive with a hunger for results Exceptional confidence and presence Experienced in sales, ideally including law firm services Tech-savvy: proficient in PowerPoint, Canva, Outlook, and Zoom Clear, professional English with no accent required Ability to motivate and inspire others Requirements 1-2 years previous experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role Background in law firm sales or experience selling services is a strong plus Comfortable working independently and taking initiative Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Software Microsoft PowerPoint Canva Outlook Zoom Working Schedule Monday to Friday Work Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America) Languages: English, Spanish We believe that Every Great Person Deserves a Great Job.
