Astor & Sanders Corporation (Astor), an award-winning IT solutions provider headquartered in McLean, VA, is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in the McLean area, requiring onsite 3x times per week. Roles & Responsibilities: Engage with clients to understand challenges and develop appropriate technical solutions Support delivery management, relationship building with key stakeholders, business growth aspects, program support, and customer satisfaction Lead technical discussions and presentations Participate in technical proposal writing Continuously evaluate existing and emerging technologies Provide technical leadership to Center of Excellence to build out proof concepts Other duties as assigned Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of specific experience as a Senior Solutions Engineer supporting Application Development & Modernization, Data Architecture, and Cloud Infrastructure related programs for Federal Government clients Previous experience supporting and writing for government proposals Excellent written and oral communications skills (e.g., ability to generate and present briefings on corporate capabilities to key stakeholders, write proposals, articulate technology solutions, etc.) Working knowledge of all facets of information technology specifically Application Development & Modernization Astor & Sanders Corporation (www.astor-sanders.com) offers a unique, stimulating and challenging environment that fosters individual growth and rewards performance.
