Full Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Claims Lost Time Adjuster – Workers’ Compensation for claims in the state of Oregon at JME Claims LLC. As a Senior Claims Indemnity Adjuster, you will be responsible for managing and investigating workers’ compensation claims in Oregon. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting thorough reviews of claims, assessing liability, determining coverage, negotiating settlements, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will work closely with claimants, employers, attorneys, and medical professionals to gather information and ensure timely resolution of claims. Adjuster responsible for calculating wages. Multi-state experience preferred. You are required to have a certified workers compensation license for the state of Oregon to apply. Qualifications • 5 years+ experience as a claims adjuster in workers’ compensation indemnity claims • In-depth knowledge of Oregon workers’ compensation laws and regulations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Attention to detail and accuracy in claims processing • Proficiency in using multiple claims management software systems • Professional certifications in workers’ compensation are a plus • Oregon workers’ compensation certified license required If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering high-quality service in the field of Workers' Compensation claims adjustment, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
