Personal Lines Account Manager We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to support a portfolio of standard and some High-Net-Worth clients. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, managing complex personal insurance programs, and building trusted client relationships. Key Responsibilities • Service and manage a book of standard & High-Net-Worth personal lines accounts • Handle renewals, endorsements, and client inquiries with accuracy and care • Collaborate with carriers and internal teams to ensure seamless coverage and client support Ideal Qualifications • Familiarity with carriers such as Chubb, Pure, BerkleyOne, Cincinnati Executive, Haggerty, etc. • Active Michigan Property & Casualty insurance license required • Prior experience using AMS360 strongly preferred Benefits • Hybrid work schedule, including flexible hours • Comprehensive benefits as well as LTD, STD, Life insurance, etc. • Continued Insurance education support and reimbursement
