Requires a few years of Personal Lines Insurance experience, knowledge of AMS360 or Applied Epic, and an active Property & Casualty license.
We've partnered with a local independent agency to help expand their team as there is a need for a Personal Lines Account Manager to assist with a growing book of business. Ideal candidates have a few years of Personal Lines Insurance experience, familiarity with management systems like AMS360 or Applied Epic, and hold an active Property & Casualty license. A summary of responsibilities can be found below along with additional information regarding the available benefits package: Responsibilities • Process endorsements, audits, policy changes, and maintains follow-up lists and policy details. • Prepare and processes renewal information requests and certificates. • Monitor communication with clients to manage or update information, provide quotes, bind coverages, and assist with potential cross-selling opportunities. • Maintain client confidentiality, demonstrate integrity and a positive attitude, and help promote an engaging work environment.
