Summary We are seeking an Associate Executive Director to join our team in the United States. This pivotal role will contribute to our mission by leading strategic initiatives and managing daily operations at our organization dedicated to aiding homeless populations. The position is based in the US and offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Responsibilities • Lead and oversee the implementation of strategic plans aligned with the organization's mission. • Manage day-to-day operations ensuring efficient service delivery. • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop new programs and initiatives. • Foster relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and funders. • Drive process improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness. • Supervise staff and cultivate a positive work environment. • Monitor organizational performance and prepare reports for the board. • Support fundraising efforts and business development activities. Qualifications • Proven management experience within a nonprofit or social services organization. • Strong strategic planning and leadership skills. • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities. • Experience in project management and process improvement. • Ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple priorities. • Knowledge of operations management in a nonprofit setting is preferred. • Passion for social impact and community service. • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
