Organization: Jiv Daya Foundation Compensation: $25–$30 per hour (commensurate with experience) Hours: 20 – 30 hours per week | Flexible schedule About the Foundation The Jiv Daya Foundation and its sister organization Shraman Foundation is a U.S.-based nonprofit organization committed to creating opportunities for students and communities through education, healthcare, and social impact initiatives. Our Student Incentive Program, currently active across three community colleges in Texas, provides semester-based incentives to financially disadvantaged students pursuing associate degrees at public community colleges. About the Role We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organized Program Coordinator to help us grow our Student Incentive Program beyond the Dallas–Fort Worth area to other community colleges in Texas and across the U.S. This flexible, paid, part-time role is perfect for graduate students or recent grads interested in education, public service, or nonprofit leadership. You’ll gain hands-on experience in program design, outreach, and community partnership building while making a direct impact on students’ lives. Key Responsibilities • Research & Outreach: Identify and evaluate community colleges across Texas and other states that could benefit from the Shraman Student Incentive Program. • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain partnerships with community college administrators, counselors, and student support offices. • Program Promotion: Circulate application information, coordinate with institutions to promote the program, and ensure eligible students are aware of opportunities. • Application Management: Collect, review, and organize student applications; verify information with academic institutions. • Selection Coordination: Assist in evaluating applications and shortlisting students based on eligibility and financial need. • Program Monitoring: Maintain student and institutional databases, track semester progress, and help streamline renewal and reporting processes. • Reporting: Provide periodic updates on outreach progress, student applications, and program expansion metrics. Qualifications • Master’s in Public Health, Business, or related fields • Experience in higher education, student affairs, nonprofit program coordination, or community outreach preferred. • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms) and basic data management. • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. • Passion for educational access and supporting students from underserved backgrounds. Work Details • Location: Fully remote • Schedule: Flexible (20–30 hours per week) • Pay: $25 – $30 per hour depending on experience
