US Country Manager (Early-Career / Growth Role) (2-10 years of experience) Location Flexible within the United States Employment Type Full-time ________________________________________ Role Overview We are seeking a US Country Manager to support and drive sales growth, business development, and distributor management for a portfolio of industrial products and solutions in the US market. This role is designed for early-career professionals who have foundational experience in B2B industrial sales and are ready to take on broader country-level responsibilities with strong support from regional HQ. The successful candidate will work hands-on with customers and distributors, execute market expansion plans, and grow into a leadership role as the business scales. Key Duties & Responsibilities a) Sales & Account Management • Develop and manage customer accounts across assigned industries and territories • Support revenue growth and contribute to achieving agreed sales targets • Maintain strong customer relationships and service standards • Assist in managing key accounts and supporting strategic projects • Prepare quotations, follow up on RFQs, and support deal execution b) Business Development • Identify and develop new customers, applications, and sales opportunities • Support market entry and expansion initiatives in targeted industries • Assist with new product introductions and local market adaptation • Submit bi-weekly business development updates to regional HQ c) Distributor & Channel Support • Support identification and onboarding of distributors and channel partners • Assist with distributor coordination, training, and sales enablement • Support distributors in pipeline development and customer engagement • Participate in distributor performance reviews and market feedback collection d) Supply Chain & Operations Coordination • Coordinate with regional HQ on order processing and delivery schedules • Support demand forecasting and basic inventory planning • Assist in resolving delivery, logistics, and customer service issues • Ensure smooth communication between customers, distributors, and HQ e) Reporting & Administration • Participate in weekly online sales meetings with regional teams • Prepare monthly sales reports and basic KPI tracking • Support local administrative and financial coordination, including: o Sales documentation and record keeping o Coordination with HQ on invoicing and reporting timelines ________________________________________ Candidate Profile / Qualifications • 2–10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (industrial, manufacturing, electronics, chemicals, or related sectors preferred) • Strong interest in industrial products and technical sales • Hands-on, execution-focused mindset; comfortable building business from the ground up • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with regional HQ • Willingness to travel domestically and attend after-hours meetings when required • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus ________________________________________ Working Hours & Leave • Full-time role in accordance with US working norms • Flexibility required for travel and coordination across time zones • Entitled to 10 days of annual leave, plus US public holidays ________________________________________ Why Join Us • Opportunity to grow into a country-level leadership role • High exposure to regional HQ and international markets • Hands-on learning across sales, channels, and operations • Ideal role for candidates seeking accelerated career growth rather than a purely corporate position Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 per year Benefits: • Paid time off Work Location: Remote
