Hablamos Español We urgently need an outgoing, friendly, and dependable Customer Service Professional for our Spring Branch location! Responsibilities • Greet customers at the front desk and assist with check-in, assigning them to the available Service Advisor. • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and care. • Work closely with Service Advisors and Technicians to keep customer updates accurate and timely. • Assist the General Manager with day-to-day tasks that support smooth operations. • Open and close customer service tickets in our system. • Follow up on previously declined jobs and reach out to inactive customers. • Manage company communications, including emails, phone calls, and service requests. • Help reduce negative experiences and support monthly Google review goals. • Perform light administrative tasks such as filing and handling customer inquiries. • Provide accurate information about services, promotions, and policies. • Build long-lasting relationships with customers through honesty and transparency. Must-Have Skills • Strong communication skills (English required, Spanish preferred). • A positive, caring, and professional attitude. • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. • Computer skills for data entry, ticket management, and communication. • Previous customer service or client-facing experience (automotive experience is a plus but not required). • Team player who values integrity and enjoys helping others.
