We are seeking an Operations Project Manager to drive execution across the Operations team and ensure alignment between strategic objectives, initiatives, and day-to-day tasks. This individual will manage deliverable schedules, drive clarity around priorities, and facilitate seamless cross-functional coordination, ensuring projects stay on track and deliver meaningful outcomes. The Operations Project Manager will serve as the connective tissue across Business, Operations, and Technology teams, synthesizing updates for executives, identifying risks, escalating issues when needed, and unblocking the team to maintain momentum. This role requires an analytical, and highly versatile generalist who can manage multiple initiatives in parallel, structure complex work into actionable tasks, and step in to support specific workstreams when needed. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage due dates and timelines, business sprint plans, Gantt chart visualizations, and dependency mapping by working backwards from desired outcomes and deliverables. Connect strategic objectives to initiatives, tasks, and timelines, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders. Prioritize projects and tasks based on business impact, resources, and dependencies. Consistently set expectations and develop weekly plans of attack against plan. Drive meeting management: set clear agendas, ensure preparation, and facilitate productive, on-time discussions. Track progress, identify risks to projects, timelines, and resources, and escalate issues as needed to drive resolution and keep initiatives on schedule. Build paper trails on decisions, context, and expectations around deliverables. Develop documentation to establish knowledge continuity. Synthesize updates and prepare concise executive-level communications. Get hands-on and assist teammates to get projects across the finish line. Step in to support specific tasks or projects where complexity or capacity constraints require additional hands-on contribution. Lead special projects as assigned, often involving ambiguous problem spaces requiring analytical structure and execution. Basic Qualifications Bachelors Degree required 5+ years of project or program management experience, ideally in operations, supply chain, or a cross-functional business environment. Proven ability to manage large, complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to bring clarity to ambiguous challenges. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor updates for executives and stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Smartsheet, or equivalent). Demonstrated ability to build project schedules and Gantt charts, manage timelines, and work backwards from outcomes. High EQ and inherent understanding of how to keep teams motivated and on track through ambiguous situations and expectations. Strong facilitation and meeting management skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects in parallel. Understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, and fulfillment concepts. Preferred Qualifications Experience in eCommerce, operations, or supply chain environments. Exposure to both business and technology teams, with the ability to “translate” between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
