The Paid Social Media Manager – Blanks, Transfers & Print will own paid social growth across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Pinterest, TikTok, and emerging platforms. This role will manage day-to-day paid social operations, working closely with a supporting agency while steering creative and performance strategy in-house. A strong focus will be placed on testing and measuring creative effectiveness, delivering creative needs to the marketing and design teams, and ensuring paid social campaigns are optimized against attribution insights. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator who can analyze performance data, identify opportunities, and drive profitable customer acquisition across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead the paid social strategy and execution across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other emerging social platforms. Manage day-to-day paid social operations with the support of an external agency partner. Develop and oversee testing frameworks to measure creative effectiveness, ad formats, and messaging impact. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to deliver ad creative assets based on testing insights and platform needs. Optimize paid social campaigns based on multi-touch attribution models to ensure budget efficiency and scalable growth. Continuously test and refine audience targeting, placements, bidding strategies, and funnel optimizations. Partner with merchandising to ensure focus on priority brands, products, and seasonal campaigns. Provide regular reporting on performance, insights, and opportunities for optimization. Stay ahead of evolving paid social trends, platform algorithms, and new ad formats. Recommend strategies to expand reach and performance on emerging paid social channels. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing Advertising or similar or equivalent years of experience. 5+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns for a consumer eCommerce business. Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and other major paid social platforms. Proven ability to manage and collaborate with external agencies. Deep understanding of creative testing frameworks and how creative impacts paid social performance. Experience using attribution tools and data to inform optimization decisions. Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent project management skills and ability to align multiple stakeholders (agency, creative, merchandising, marketing). Self-starter who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
