Your role is pivotal in managing daily operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction remains at the forefront of our business. What You'll Do: - You will supervise and support the Customer Experience team to maintain high performance and morale. - You will monitor daily operations to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery. - You will analyze customer feedback and operational data to identify areas for improvement. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements. - You will train and develop team members to enhance their skills and career growth. - You will handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy. - You will prepare and present regular reports on team performance and customer satisfaction metrics. - You will contribute to strategic planning to align customer operations with company goals. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years experience in customer service or operations management. - Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems. - Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
