Your role is pivotal in maintaining operational excellence and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective team management and process improvements. What You'll Do: - You will supervise daily operations of the Customer Experience team to ensure efficient and high-quality service. - You will coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance. - You will monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets. - You will handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach. - You will collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer experience. - You will assist in developing training materials and conducting onboarding for new hires. - You will analyze customer feedback and operational data to recommend improvements. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years experience in customer service or operations supervision. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency with customer service software and CRM systems. - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
