What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or operations roles. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
