Your role is crucial in maintaining high customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries, managing orders, and supporting our operational processes. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. - You will manage order processing, tracking, and issue resolution to ensure timely delivery. - You will collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. - You will assist in training new team members and sharing best practices. - You will contribute to feedback loops by reporting common issues and customer suggestions.
