Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor(1ST SHIFT 8-5) to lead our manufacturing team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in factory operations, mechanical knowledge, and a proven ability to manage assembly line processes effectively. This role requires hands-on leadership, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities • Supervise daily production activities and manage the workflow of the assembly line. • Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and promote a safe working environment for all employees. • Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and productivity. • Monitor production metrics and implement improvements to optimize efficiency. • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning. • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and resolve any operational issues. • Maintain accurate records of production output, quality control, inventory and employee performance. Experience • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing facility is required. • Strong warehouse manufacturing experience. • Familiarity with machine operating, power tools, hand tools, RF Scanning, quality control, inventory and other manufacturing equipment is essential. • Experience working on an assembly line or in a warehouse setting is highly desirable. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. • A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in all aspects of production operations.
