Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Organizer to join our team, supporting our lead consultant in delivering exceptional organizational solutions. In this role, you will focus on learning and executing our proven organizing process, working independently to transform various areas of clients’ homes while Jessica leads all client discussions and manages client relationships. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for growth within a collaborative and innovative company. Key Responsibilities • Learn and master Jessica Diane Consulting’s organizing process to ensure consistent, high-quality results. • Execute organizational projects independently across various client home areas (e.g., closets, kitchens, home offices, or storage spaces). • Support the lead consultant by implementing tailored organizational systems and solutions based on client needs. • Maintain a team-oriented approach, collaborating with the lead consultant and other team members to ensure seamless project execution. • Ensure client spaces are organized efficiently, functionally, and aesthetically, adhering to company standards. • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while working in clients’ homes. • Provide progress updates and feedback to the lead consultant for client reporting. • Stay adaptable to varying project scopes and client home environments. Qualifications • Experience in professional organizing or a related field is a plus but not required; eagerness to learn is essential. • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes. • Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative, team-player mindset. • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects efficiently. • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to diverse client home environments. • Professional demeanor and respect for client confidentiality. • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations (if applicable). • Familiarity with organizational tools or systems is a plus.
