Manage end-to-end recruiting for junior-to-mid level roles across multiple business areas and improve recruiting practices.
7+ years recruiting experience, preferably at fast-growth startups, with a Bachelor's degree.
Job Description: • Own full cycle recruiting for junior-to-mid level searches across a variety of business areas including product management, software engineering, data science, business operations, design & research, organic & paid growth, legal, people operations, finance, etc • Work closely with our hiring leaders in the U.S, and Canada to develop effective recruiting strategies to meet our teams' ongoing growth needs • Continuously review, reflect and iterate on our recruiting and interviewing practices to ensure we are utilizing our team's time efficiently without sacrificing quality Requirements: • 7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience • Prior recruiting experience at fast-growth startups is strongly preferred • Track record of being successful in a high velocity, output-driven and demanding environment • Bachelor’s Degree Benefits: • Health insurance • Dental coverage • Vision coverage • Paid time off • Paid parental leave • 401(K) plan with employer matching • Wellness benefits
