Description: • Scale Jerry.ai’s core insurance business, targeting growth from 5M to 50M customers • Report directly to the VP of Insurance Operations • Own the systems, strategy, and execution behind Jerry’s quoting engine, automation infrastructure, and carrier performance • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and analytics to create a seamless user experience • Ensure ongoing carrier success to drive loss ratio, retention, and conversion • Shape the strategy of Jerry.ai’s insurance marketplace and influence company-wide outcomes Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (preferred) • 7+ years of management consulting experience (McKinsey, Bain, BCG preferred) • Track record of hiring and managing high-performing teams • Structured framework for problem-solving and first principles thinking • Comfortable communicating with technical stakeholders, business partners, and C-suite • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada (application requirement) • Willingness to answer visa sponsorship question (application requirement) • Do you live in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NY, NV, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario?
