Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Campaign Fundraising Manager to lead our fundraising initiatives and support our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies, managing donor relationships, and ensuring the successful implementation of campaigns. This role requires a proactive approach to relationship management, excellent communication skills, and experience with various fundraising tools and databases. The Campaign Fundraising Manager will play a vital role in expanding our donor base and increasing funding through innovative campaigns and effective outreach. Duties • Develop and implement strategic fundraising plans aligned with organizational objectives • Manage and cultivate relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders to maximize engagement • Oversee the use of CRM software such as Raiser's Edge to track donor information, campaign progress, and fundraising outcomes • Write compelling grant proposals to secure funding from grants and other sources • Coordinate marketing efforts to promote fundraising campaigns across multiple channels • Conduct research to identify potential donors, grant opportunities, and partnership prospects • Organize fundraising events and campaigns to increase visibility and support for organizational initiatives • Maintain accurate records of donations, correspondence, and campaign activities in databases • Collaborate with the public relations team to enhance the organization’s image and outreach efforts • Provide excellent customer service to donors and supporters, ensuring positive engagement experiences Requirements • Proven experience in fundraising, campaign management, or related roles within nonprofit or similar sectors • Strong knowledge of databases such as Raiser's Edge or equivalent CRM software • Excellent skills in marketing, strategic planning, research, and relationship management • Experience with grant proposal writing and securing funding through grants • Familiarity with CRM software tools used for donor management and campaign tracking • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to craft compelling messages • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building and customer service • Knowledge of public relations strategies to enhance organizational visibility This position offers an opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful impact through innovative fundraising strategies.
