Jenzabar is looking for a Operations Analyst I to join the Jenzabar team. The Operations Analyst I will also assist with identifying and improving processes to help monitor growth and be able to effectively mentor and train the team’s Operations Associate. Essential Tasks Assist with vendor management including vendor selection and coordination Be involved with traditional media placement Help prepare presentations, reports, and analysis to provide actionable insights for the Operations Manager and Leadership, both client-facing and internal Maintain internal budget tracking and production timeline sheets Identify improvements and implement changes to assist with the daily operations Mentor and train the Production & Operations Associate Take on ad hoc projects as assigned by the Operations Manager Preferred Skills and Experience 2+ years of relevant professional experience required Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (MBA is a plus) Experienced user of finance and operations software systems Analytical thinker who is adept at financial modeling, setting profitability targets, and implementing operational improvements Excellent understanding of Microsoft products (Word, PowerPoint and Excel), Google Sheets Excellent written and verbal communication skills – including presentation skills Ability to maintain effective working relationships fellow team members, employees, and management Must be organized and detail oriented Proven ability to maintain a high standard of confidentiality and autonomy This person will show strong attention to detail skills as well as ability to work collaboratively and independently. Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly The pay range for this position is $55,000-65,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, geographic location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus in addition to a full range of benefits.
