Door-to-Door Sales Representative (Year-Round) Location: Utah (Wasatch Front & surrounding areas) Compensation: Commission-only, uncapped JellyFish Lighting is Utah’s best-known brand for premium, permanent exterior lighting. We are now building a high-performing door-to-door team. Why This Role Rocks • Year-round product (not just holiday or summer season) with strong local brand recognition • Uncapped commissions + performance bonuses/spiffs • Fast ramp with hands-on training, proven pitch, and marketing materials • Advancement path into team lead and sales management for top performers What You’ll Do • Canvass assigned neighborhoods, run in-person demos, and present clear value props • Qualify homeowners, give accurate pricing, and close deals • Manage your pipeline, follow up diligently, and hit daily/weekly targets • Represent the brand with professionalism at the door What You Bring • Door-to-door sales experience required (home services, solar, alarms, pest, etc.) • Track record of hitting quotas and closing high-ticket purchases • Competitive, coachable, resilient—thrives on activity and results • Reliable transportation; evenings/weekends availability Schedule • Full-time preferred; flexible hours with peak activity late afternoons–evenings and Saturdays.
