Position Overview The Marketing Director will lead the development and execution of J.E. Strategies’ marketing strategy across digital, social, and traditional platforms. This role is responsible for building brand awareness, managing campaigns and driving client engagement. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with experience in marketing strategy, content creation, and performance tracking. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals. • Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms. • Oversee the creation of engaging content, including blogs, graphics, and promotional materials. • Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports and recommendations. • Collaborate with leadership to shape the company’s brand identity and voice. • Manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and media outlets as needed. • Stay up to date on marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure J.E. Strategies remains competitive. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience). • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in professional services or consulting. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms. • Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. • Experience with Canva, Wix, or other content/design tools a plus.
